"Pretty good, but I wanted more depth tbh"
The courses are solid for learning the basics, but some of the advanced stuff felt a bit light imo. I was hoping for more real-world examples and tougher labs to really test things out. It’s not bad at all, just didn’t fully hit the level I was expecting...

"Decent for exam prep, but a bit dated"
It helped me get some extra practice in, so I can’t say it was useless. But a lot of the practice questions felt kind of old, like they hadn’t been refreshed in a while. I did reach out to support and they basically said they’re “working on updates” and that the current material still covers the main concepts, which was fair enough. Overall, it’s okay if you just need more review, but I wouldn’t rely on it as your only study tool
"Umm, signup was quick and easy"
Umm, it was a smooth start. Signing up didn’t take long at all, and everything was easy to follow.

"Glad I got the certificate"
It was worth it for me. I added it to my resume. It made my experience look stronger. Simple and useful.

"I liked this more than I expected. It..."
I liked this more than I expected. It covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics, from the basics to more hands-on stuff, and it helped me finally connect a few things I’d been unsure about. I’m always worried about wasting time on courses that don’t actually teach much, but this one felt worth sticking with. It was easy to follow and didn’t get boring, which made a big difference.

"Clear communication and solid follow-up"
I had a really good experience with infoseclearning.com. Communication was clear from start to finish, and they followed up when they said they would, usually within a day or so. I didn’t have to chase anyone down, which makes a big difference. The whole process took maybe a few steps total and felt easy. Overall, it seemed like they actually cared about helping me out...

"I did pick up a few useful..."
I did pick up a few useful skills, so I can’t say it was a total waste. But after I paid, I started feeling a little unsure about whether it was really going to deliver what I expected. So far, it hasn’t led to any major career move or job change for me. It helped a bit, just not in a huge way
"Refund came through, but it took a bit of nudging"
I cancelled my course and requested a refund, and it did get sorted in the end. I just had to follow up by email a couple of times, which was a little annoying. I remember checking my inbox more than I’d like, including the spam folder just in case, and waiting a few extra days longer than I expected. The support team was polite when they replied, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just slower and a bit clunkier than it needed to be

"Really happy with the instructor and the course"
I had a great experience with infoseclearning.com. The instructor made the course for me. He explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and shared real examples that helped it all click. It was clear he had actual hands-on experience and wasn’t just reading off slides. I came away feeling like I really learned something and definitely felt more confident afterward. I’d be happy to take another class with them.
"Solid training, better than a lot I’ve tried"
I used infoseclearning.com for some security training, and overall I had a good experience with it. Compared to a few other study resources I’ve used, the material felt more accurate and easier to trust. Most of it seemed current too, not like some courses where you can tell they’re just reusing old content. There were a couple spots where I thought the examples could’ve been updated a bit, but it didn’t really get in the way of learning. I’d give it 4 stars because it was helpful and solid, just not quite perfect.
"Super easy help with our accounts"
We had a little hiccup getting our team accounts set up, nothing major, but you know how those small things can somehow turn into a whole afternoon. Luckily, our account manager was really easy to get hold of and replied quickly, which was a relief.
They got everything sorted the same day and even checked in afterward, which I appreciated more than I expected. It was just simple, helpful support without any fuss, and now I’m thinking why can’t more companies make it this easy? Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Videos are okay, but the audio tested my patience"
The course videos were decent for the most part, and I could usually see what was going on, but a few lessons looked blurry on my laptop. It wasn’t terrible, just annoying enough that I had to squint or pause more than I wanted to.
The audio was the bigger issue for me. Some parts were suddenly loud, then others got so quiet I had to rewind and adjust the volume like it was some kind of patience exercise I didn’t sign up for. I still got through the material, but it definitely took more replaying than it should have.
"I thought the courses were easy..."
I thought the courses were easy to follow, and I definitely learned a good amount. Some sections felt kind of slow, which was a little annoying, but I guess that also made it easier to take in, so maybe it was a good thing? Overall I’m happy with it and feel like it was worth the time

"Easy to follow and nicely paced"
Well... I thought the lessons were paced really well and didn’t feel rushed at all. The structure made it easy for me to keep up, even after work

"Login issue took way too long to get fixed"
My login problem did eventually get fixed, but it took much longer than it should have. I kept reaching out and felt kind of brushed off most of the time, like it wasn’t a priority. Glad it’s working now, but the support experience was frustrating.

"Practice tests actually ended up being useful"
The practice tests helped me a lot. I wasn’t exactly expecting much, because apparently I enjoy stressing myself out for no reason, but they made things way easier to understand and gave me a better idea of what to expect.
"I’ve been using infoseclearning.com after work, i really..."
I’ve been using infoseclearning.com after work, i really like how the learning paths are set up. It’s clear what to do next, so I’m not sitting there trying to figure out which course makes sense to take after another. Everything feels simple and organized, which makes it a lot easier to keep going when I’m already tired from the day. So far, it’s been a good experience... definitely helps me stay on track.

"I spent maybe 5 or 10 minutes looking..."
I spent maybe 5 or 10 minutes looking through the pricing, and it was clear enough. No random fees popped up later, which I appreciated.

"Decent for team training, but not perfect"
We used InfoSec Learning at work for some employee security training, it was fine. Nothing too exciting, but most people on the team were able to get through the lessons without any real issues.
Some of the material was actually useful, especially the basic security awareness stuff. It helped get everyone on the same page. That said... a few of the modules felt a little dry, and you could tell not everyone was fully paying attention.
For employer training, it gets the job done. I just wouldn’t go in expecting something super engaging or memorable. It’s a decent option overall, but yeah... there’s definitely room for improvement.

"Helpful for studying on my own schedule"
I liked that I could study whenever I had time, which made it easy to fit around my day. It worked well enough for what I needed, though it wasn’t anything especially exciting or super polished. Still, for learning at my own pace, it did the job.
